RENTAL CONDITIONSS

Rent Time :

The least rent time is 24 hours

Driver’s Licence and Lower Age Limit :

You need to have at least 3-year-valid auto licence before you can apply.

Use and Kilometre Limit :

There is no usage limit for the rented vehicles and the vehicles can only be used within the boundaries of Turkish Republic.

Traffic Fines :

Any and all traffic fines and the responsibility thereof during the contract period belong to the renter.

Insurance :

All the vehicles have been insured with Traffic Insurance and also Private Automobile Insurance in accordance with T.R. laws. The responsibility belongs to the renter in the event that the terms of the mentioned insurance are not fulfilled.

Other situations that are outside the scope of insurance :

Being under the effect of alcohol or drugs

Exceeding the speed limits

Moving the car from where it is at an accident

Being the party to cause the accident

Not obtaining the high-priority official records and documents that are within the scope of insurance like accident detection report, alcohol report or theft report

Services and products not included in the vehicle-rent-prices

Fuel :

The fuel-oil is not included in our prices; the fuel the limit of which is specified in the contract at the beginning of the rent has to be the same level at the end of the rent. If the vehicles are dropped off with deficient or empty tank, the fuel difference is collected with the service fee.

Our vehicles are given to the customers with some amount of fuel so that it wouldn’t make the tank warning light flash. When the vehicles are dropped off the gasoline that remains will not be returned.

Additional Driver :

2 drivers can be named on a contract with no extra charge provided that the licences are shown and the preconditions of the rent are met (except that of deposit precondition)

Baby and Child Seat :

Baby and child seats are provided to the vehicles with daily navigation charge of €2 and extra charge of  €4. If you talk about it during the reservation, our reservation officers will inform you about it.

Amendment Requests on the Rent Contract :

The rent price and the reservation approval are given to the terms agreed at the beginning. In cases when it is not possible to meet operationally any changes that could be requested on these conditions(such as when the vehicle has reservation or its maintenance is due and etc.) this request may not be satisfied. Even if the change request has been accepted, extra charge may be demanded as it would change the price calculation determined at the beginning or no return could be possible at early drop-offs. Any change that could take place at the following conditions may change the terms of rent. the request to extend the rent term is received via telephone at the first extension and its fee is collected via mail order and approved. At the later extension requests the vehicle needs to be brought to one of our offices and checked.

• The change on the drop-off date and hour (extension/early drop-off)

• The change on the drop-off location

• The change on the vehicle group

• The request to add an additional driver to the contract

• Time difference

Rent term is 24 hours. Up to 20% of daily rent fee can be demanded for each one hour late drop-off. The delays occurring at the drop-off can cause Insurance Coverage (Complete or Exempt Accident Insurance) to be invalid and it could also additional hour difference fees.

If you express to our reservation officers the services that you think will be of any need to you, you can get information about their prices and availability.

Reservation Conditions :

The reservations that you make via our website are valid under the following conditions:

In the event that the change request of the conditions of the reservation that you have made (bringing the drop-off date to earlier or late, the change of the drop-off location, the change of the vehicle group, the request to add additional driver to the contract), the requests may not be satisfied and even when they are satisfied an additional charge may be demanded or no discount can be possible in the rent fee.)

Exempt Accident Insurance, VAT and limitless kilometre usage are included in the prices you see on our website. For other additional needs you can read “Price Conditions”.

During the periods when there is a reservation density, all or part of the vehicle rent fee can be demanded via “mail order” or “account transfer”. When the reservation is requested to be cancelled 48 hours or less before the pick-up day and hour, 30% of the total rent fee is collected as “vehicle reservation fee” on condition that it is not less than a daily rent fee and the remaining amount is returned.

During the rent process the rent contract will be signed.

Though it is not common, the brand and model of the vehicle chosen at the reservation you have made can be changed with its equivalent.)

Although all the measures have been taken in order for you not to encounter any problem during your travels, call the contact numbers to be given to you if necessary.

Following your definite reservation , you will be called by reservation department or you will have a message. You can make your payment at the reservation stage via “mail order” or “account transfer” or via credit card or in cash when you pick up the vehicle.

If you want the rent fee to be invoiced to your company, our accounting department will contact the related persons in your company about this issue after you have given us your Invoice details.

The reservations that you made through our website are valid only when the “Vehicle Rent Conditions”, “Price Conditions” and “Site Use Conditions” have been read and accepted by you.
